Works great huge upgrade

I installed this in my car myself and it is a huge upgrade over the previous screen. Any questions I had I just sent an email and they responded to me and fixed the issue that I was having. I highly recommend doing this upgrade it has made me fall in love with my car again and it no longer feels older and outdated

I am happy.

I installed this was plug and play despite no directions besides for a short print out with some basic troubleshooting steps.

Few things to note:
-You will have to remove and relocate the switch panel between this and the gauge cluster. It comes with an extension cable. I ran it to my glove box. Ot a huge deal since I never used it much (ride height, gauge cluster dim, parking sensors on/off)
-Wireless CarPlay works flawlessly the unit boots up and about 30 seconds later CarPlay starts and connects on its own
-Rearview camera did not work out of the box. I had to dive into the menses and change it to use the built in camera
-The wireless microphone cable that comes with it is about 3 feet limiting where you can mount it and people tell me I sound “far away) you may want to order a higher quality microphone with a longer cable
-Sound quality is great but I feel it’s not as good as before using the headphone aux input, maybe that issue is in my head who knows but I swear the quality is slightly reduced

If you buy this get some plastic panel removers. You do now want to be using a screw driver to pop your trim off. The trim in Mercedes is extremely tight.

Great Product

A little bit of troubleshooting required but all in all worked perfectly . Great Customer Service. Answered all my questions and troubleshooting help. Radio Upgrade is a nice touch and the bigger display makes for an Upgraded look. The NTG 3.0 side panel works perfect and car radio turns off and on with car dispite other reviews that these functions did not work. I’m happy with the look and function with the radio . The factory look and ease to work with the factory knobs installed on Mercedes set it apart from any other aftermarket radio.

This is a great upgrade to an older vehicle. The install is pretty straightforward, but the customer service that they provide when you ask a question will get you through any issues that you run into.
